Graphic Designer (all genders)

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team in Berlin, as part of our Highsnobiety+ Creative Team.

YOUR MISSION:

• Creative visual concepts and content that stand out across social and digital landscapes
• Being both a thinker and a doer - combining strong hands on design skills with creative and progressive visual concepts
• Develop static and animated graphics for the fashion and lifestyle sector
• Working closely with a creative team to find solutions and bring your ideas to life
• Contribute to shaping our design language and aesthetic, keeping on top of the latest graphics trends and constantly evolve our formats

YOUR SKILLS:

• 3+ years relevant experience with graphic design for social media, video and digital campaigns
• A proactive and adaptive mindset being able to develop scalable design concepts for campaigns and standalone social content
• Deep understanding of digital media landscape and how content is published and distributed
• Excellent Adobe suits skills (mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & After Effects)
• Experience with designing and creating Figma assets based on brand templates
• Experience with Keynote and Google Slides 
• A great eye for detail and a passion for crafting beautiful decks
• Motion design experience is a plus 
• High interest in fashion/street culture
• A highly collaborative mindset
• Background in Graphic Design/Communication.
• Fluency in English is a must
• Outstanding organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take responsibility for projects and work under time pressure
