We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join us at our facility in Glen Mills, PA

We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with 5+ years of professional experience to join our Global Refinish Marketing Communications team. In this role, you’ll help elevate the visual identity of one of the world’s leading coatings brands, designing impactful materials that support our marketing and business objectives. This is an opportunity to contribute your expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where design plays a critical role in storytelling and brand expression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Create high-quality, on-brand designs across a variety of platforms, including digital (web, social media, email, video) and print (brochures, packaging, event materials).
  • Brand Stewardship: Uphold and evolve brand standards to ensure consistency, clarity, and visual excellence across all global markets.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and regional teams to translate strategies into compelling visual solutions that drive engagement and brand recognition.
  • Project Management: Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through production, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Innovation: Bring forward-thinking ideas and design solutions that push creative boundaries while staying true to brand identity.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets for efficient access and future use.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in a corporate, agency, or in-house marketing environment.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout across digital and print media.
  • Proven ability to work within brand systems while bringing fresh creative approaches.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and adapt to feedback in a dynamic, global environment.
