About the Role
The Graphic Designer supports the creative team in bringing the Goose Creek brand to life cross packaging, seasonal collections, marketing, and e-commerce. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role ideal for someone early in their design career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced consumer product environment.
Based on-site at our Liberty, KY headquarters and reporting to the Creative Director, the Graphic Designer will help execute high-quality visual work across a wide range of projects, from product labels and packaging to digital marketing assets.
How You Will Make an Impact
• Support the design team in producing on-brand visual assets for packaging, product labels, and seasonal collections, including Pantone matching and color specifications.
• Assist with campaign, lifecycle marketing, and event creative under the direction of senior designers and the Creative Director.
• Maintain and organize design files, templates, and brand assets to ensure consistency and efficient handoffs across teams.
• Help track and document artwork changes, including additions, removals, and updates, across product collections with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and thoughtfully, applying it to current and future projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Stay curious about emerging design tools and AI-assisted workflows and bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
What You Will Bring to Goose Creek
• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or a related field; internships and relevant school projects count.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and visual communication.
• Working proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• A sharp eye for detail, especially for packaging and color-accurate production work, including Pantone matching and print specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in an organized and timely manner.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach.
• A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to learn from experienced designers and grow your skills.
• Comfort giving and receiving feedback with a growth mindset.
• Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• This position is fully onsite at our Liberty, KY facility and requires regular, reliable attendance.

Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the facility and occasionally enter the warehouse area while following required safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Ability to visually inspect colors, artwork, packaging, and printed materials accurately.
