The Graphic Designer II supports multiple global business units by developing high-quality visual design solutions that align with marketing strategies, business objectives, and brand standards. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, this role partners with cross-functional teams to create compelling visual communications across digital, print, presentation, and multimedia channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute a wide range of creative assets that support marketing, communications, and business initiatives.
Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and on-brand visual solutions using Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint.
Create digital assets, infographics, web graphics, iconography, flowcharts, presentations, and other visual communications materials.
Develop and present creative concepts, clearly articulating design rationale and strategic thinking.
Ensure consistency with IQVIA and client brand guidelines across all deliverables.
Apply creative problem-solving skills to meet project objectives while balancing quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Support video and motion design projects through basic editing, animation, and multimedia content development.
Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to deliver effective and innovative design solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of professional graphic design experience.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Firefly.
Advanced PowerPoint skills with demonstrated ability to create visually compelling presentations and storytelling experiences.
Strong understanding of both print and digital design principles.
Working knowledge of web design fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and user experience considerations.
Experience with project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, or Workfront.
Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects preferred.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across multiple mediums.
Experience working within and maintaining corporate brand standards.
Excellent visual communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
