- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of educational or instructional design projects with clear emphasis on visual clarity and user engagement.
- Demonstrated understanding of color theory, typography, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices (e.g., contrast ratios, screen reader compatibility) and responsive design for digital content.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to interpret feedback and iterate designs efficiently to meet evolving project needs.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (required) with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
