Your Role
This program is a structured 12-month development initiative designed to fast-track your career through hands-on experience and mentorship from top-tier talent where you also play a crucial role in shaping the future of the PropTech industry.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Embark on a dynamic journey by joining the Sales team, where you will gain in-depth exposure, hands-on experience, and a comprehensive understanding of the function’s role in driving the business forward.
- Collaborate with diverse teams on innovative, cross-functional projects, crafting solutions that tackle real-world challenges and drive impact.
- Master cutting-edge tools, software, and methodologies, while sharpening your expertise in the latest industry trends.
- Shape strategic decisions by analysing complex data, presenting actionable insights, and delivering compelling recommendations to leadership.
- Unleash your leadership potential with opportunities to showcase your creativity, innovation, and proactive problem-solving skills in a supportive and growth-focused environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Communication / Public Relations, Business Administration / Management, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.50
- Less than 1 year of professional experience (2025 fresh graduates are welcome!).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Foundational understanding and great passion on AI
- Tenacious, open-minded, and adept at tackling challenges head-on.
- A strong team player with demonstrated leadership and organisational savvy.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
