- Support the assessment and independent review of risks across a diverse portfolio of clients and industries
- Assist in designing and preparing tailored insurance solutions for both local and international clients
- Engage and collaborate with brokers, clients, and global colleagues across the company's extensive international network
- Contribute meaningfully to cross-functional and strategic projects that drive business growth

- Qatari NationaI — mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, Law, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, or a related discipline
- Fresh graduate or early-career professional with a strong academic track record
- Proactive, ambitious mindset with a genuine drive to learn and grow within the industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across teams
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative in a dynamic corporate environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team
- Based in Doha or willing to be located onsite in Doha
