This role offers hands-on exposure to HSSE operations, compliance frameworks, and safety culture initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of HSSE policies, procedures, and programs across the workplace
Assist in safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Contribute to the documentation and tracking of incidents, near misses, and corrective actions
Help ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
Participate in awareness initiatives and safety engagement activities
Maintain and update HSSE data, reports, and dashboards
Support implementation of preventive and corrective actions for workplace safety and environmental risks
Work under guidance within defined HSSE frameworks and processes
Apply basic technical knowledge gained through education or training
Learn and use standard HSSE tools, methodologies, and practices
Assist in problem-solving by evaluating known alternatives under supervision
Collaborate with team members and support cross-functional HSSE initiatives.
Recent graduate (2026 passout) in Fire and Safety Engineering, ADIS certified, Occupational Health & Safety, or related disciplines
Strong interest in building a career in HSSE
No prior full-time work experience required (internships/academic projects acceptable)
