What are we looking for?
A degree or equivalent experience (often in a STEM subject, but not essential).
Some experience writing code - through study, work experience, or personal projects.
You communicate clearly and are comfortable working as part of a team.
You can break down problems and think through possible solutions.
You show initiative - asking questions, trying things out, and taking ownership as you learn.
We’re looking for adaptable problem solvers with strong people skills and a passion for technology - people who are naturally curious and motivated to learn, experiment, and build their experience along the way.

In our offices you’ll find colleague-led clubs and events, as well as free games, books, and refreshments. Our graduates start with a training programme in your base office to support collaboration and learning. . Over time there will likely be occasional travel (day trips or a few days at a time) to visit our clients across the UK and beyond.
