As a Graduate Software Developer at Cambridge Intelligence you'll instantly become an integral part of one of our four development teams and have the chance to start contributing from day one. You’ll have the pleasure of working alongside our talented developers on our current product line, by designing and developing new features. Further down the line, you may also have the chance to develop your coding skills in other areas including prototyping and customer support, which will take your analytical coding skills to the next level. We value skill as well as creativity and innovation and therefore you will have the exciting opportunity to down tools every Friday and get involved in our ‘Friday Projects.’
This is an initial 12 month FTC.
With a degree in computer science/software engineering, you’ll have strong programming skills but good working knowledge of JavaScript which is key. You’re a driven and motivated individual with an interest in new technologies and you’re a real team player. Everyday is different at Cambridge Intelligence, our dynamic way of working will bring endless opportunities to grow and learn not only as a coder but also within the innovative data visualisation space.
You might also have experience of
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (especially React)
- Familiarity with TypeScript
- A strong interest in data visualization
- A technical understanding of the whole web development stack
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle
