Within Anglian Water's @one Alliance, we bring together eight leading organisations to deliver Anglian Water’s capital investment programme across the East of England. Together, we’re delivering projects to help protect and improve one of the UK’s most important resources - water.

As a Graduate Site Engineer you’ll be part of this exciting programme from the start, gaining hands-on experience of Process Engineering across major infrastructure projects.

You’ll work alongside experienced Engineering professionals building your knowledge, developing your skills and working towards a successful career in Electrical Engineering

You’ll be supported throughout your development, with opportunities to build your technical knowledge, gain professional experience and work towards your longer-term career goals.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for graduates who are curious, collaborative and keen to build a career in Site Engineering and who enjoy working with people, solving problems and learning new things.

You’ll need:

  • A 2:2 degree or above BEng or MEng/MSc in a relevant discipline
  • CAD & BIM proficiency
  • Detailed technical knowledge. Knowledge of inter-related engineering disciplines
  • To be able to work in an open and collaborative way– practice integrated working with all Alliance teams and the client
  • Apply rigour to key projects and tasks that require accurate and timely delivery and decision making
  • The ability to organise your workload and meet deadlines
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to learn
  • An interest in infrastructure, construction or the built environment
  • A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel between sites across our region
