Role Summary
Join Patrianna as a Graduate Management Support Executive, supporting our CEO/Founder across a broad spectrum of initiatives. Executive Support & Coordination
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO/Founder, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating communications.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO/Founder and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless information flow.
Strategic Project Involvement
- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking special projects and initiatives across the group of companies.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data gathering to support strategic decision-making.
Communication & Presentation
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing documents for board meetings and strategic sessions.
- Draft and review communications on behalf of the CEO/Founder, maintaining a professional and polished tone.
Operational Efficiency & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table, contributing to long-term business strategy and growth.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
