The Greater Bay Area Youth Employment Scheme (GBAYES) is a joint initiative between the HKSAR Government, CLP Holdings Limited and other major companies in Hong Kong.

Through this programme, participants will gain invaluable firsthand experience and insights into the latest developments towards a net-zero future.
We support you by providing hands-on work experience through interesting, and well designed internship projects with a wide range of opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist senior team members to conduct various business transformation initiatives.
- Conduct research and data gathering to support cost structure analysis and identify pain points and inefficiencies of business flow.
- Support the development of business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for transformation projects
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to gather information and facilitate discussions
- Provide administrative support for BT projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes and action items
Special Skills required:
- Must be a Hong Kong resident aged 18 to 29 with legally employable to work in both Mainland China and Hong Kong
- Willing to be stationed in in Hong Kong and Qianhai, Shenzhen during the 18-month contract period, and open to assignments in other mainland cities and Hong Kong as required
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Energy and Environmental Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, Operations Research or other related analytical field
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English including Putonghua
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, knowledge on workflow package and MS Project is highly advantageous
- A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- A strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a professional demeanor
Skills Required

- Proficiency in Chinese and English
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Willingness to work in Hong Kong and Shenzhen
