Graduate HR Project Manager
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our HR team as a Graduate HR Project Manager. This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience managing projects that shape the employee experience, drive operational excellence, and support strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, execution, and delivery of HR projects across various workstreams – track progress, follow up on actions, and update project plans accordingly
Prepare and manage project documentation, and ensure timely reporting on project milestones
Identify risks (inc. scope creep / risks to budgets) and propose solutions to keep projects on track
Lead various project calls covering different stakeholder groups (e.g., twice weekly stand-up calls with the HR Technology team, weekly status report calls, weekly project calls)
Prepare and support with the delivery of change management and communication strategies for HR initiatives
Prepare and manage agendas for cadence meetings
What We’re Looking For
A recent graduate (or final-year student) in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail
Comfortable working with data, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project Management tools
Strong interest in HR and making a positive impact in the workplace
