Our client in the Real Estate & Property Development sector is searching for a Graduate Business Development Executive based in Dubai. The successful candidate will contribute to property lead generation, developer partnerships and broker-channel growth.
Assist the commercial team with market mapping, prospect engagement and pipeline management.
- Research prospective clients and relevant market sectors.
- Prepare outreach materials, presentations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.
- Support meetings, pipeline reviews and opportunity reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
- Confident English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong research, relationship-building and organisational skills.
- Interest in consultative sales and measurable business outcomes.
