As a CPU Software Engineer you will be responsible for;
- Productized CT image processing algorithms on GPU, including algorithms from Matlab, to GPU, or OpenCL to CUDA
- Improved image chain & algorithm performance compared to initial benchmarks
- Perform GPU profiling, identify algorithm bottlenecks, troubleshoot and resolve performance issues
- Improve GPU utilization leveraging heterogenous HPC knowledge
- Perform testing, reliability analysis, performance benchmarks and document results
- Execute test procedures with high quality and rigor, following Good Documentation Practices
Qualifications;
- Heterogenous High Performance Computing and proven GPU performance improvement experience
- Experience improving image chain performance and using high performance computing to meet customer expectations
- Experience leveraging proprietary software platform to implement image processing on GPUs (C++?OpenCL/CUDA/OneAPI)
- Medical Device experience is a plus
Salary Range: $150k-$200k
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
