Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Law, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Government Relations, Public Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Stakeholder Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with or coordinating processes involving government institutions, ministries, or regulatory agencies.
- Strong understanding of the financial services sector, including banking, insurance, or other financial institutions.
- Knowledge of regulatory and legislative processes affecting regulated industries.
- Ability to understand legal and regulatory matters and translate them into actionable business solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent coordination and project management capabilities across multiple entities and functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess regulatory impacts and coordinate structured responses.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is an advantage.
