Job Description
Requirement for SAP HCM Configuration/Reports
Requirement for candidates that would be available ASAP for work in the SAP HCM Configuration/Reports. – in Winnipeg, Manitoba
Project :
Translate Government of Manitoba (GoM) business requirements into functional “enterprise” solution requirements within the SAP HCM components
§ Communicate functional solution requirements to other team members, business owners and end users
§ Guide the implementation of SAP HCM solutions in support of business requirements.
§ Develop business process, configuration, testing and operational documentation for implemented solution
§ Obtain formal sign-off from business approvers
§ Mentor internal GoM staff in SAP HCM functional component
§ Provide operational support within SAP HCM functional components
Qualifications and/or experience:
Relevant University degree, relevant College diploma, or appropriate SAP certification
- Minimum 3+ years experience in SAP HCM
- SAP ECC 6.0
- Experience with Canadian Payroll, Benefits, Time, Org Management, Recruitment, Personnel Admin, Employee Self Service/Manager Self Service, Reporting
- HR Academy Certification an asset
- Public sector experience an asset
Skills Required
