Job Description:
The Washington, DC office of Perkins Coie LLP, an AMLAW 50 firm, is seeking an experienced attorney to join our nationally ranked Government Contracts practice group. Our group is consistently recognized as among the best in the nation by Chambers USA and was recently named a “Practice Group of the Year” by Law360. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned attorney to lead sophisticated and high-profile bid protest matters, and join a collaborative and well-rounded team.
The successful candidate will have between 7-12 years of government contracts experience in private practice, industry, and/or government. Experience must include the proven ability to lead bid protests before the GAO and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and deep knowledge of the FAR and DFARS. Other highly relevant experience includes handling issues involving GSA Schedules, cybersecurity, prime / subcontractor negotiations, compliance counseling, M&A diligence, investigations, and claims. Excellent writing skills are a must.

Compensation range: $390,000 to $420,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
