Cottage Health seeks a Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst Lead for their CH ITS Administration department responsible for developing, implementing and assisting in managing critical enterprise-wide Security Governance, Risk and Compliance programs to identify and mitigate security risks and protect valuable information and assets within the organization .The Lead will also work directly with the manager of the team to focus on leading a specific area of the team and working with team members to achieve the result of the specific area. Specific areas can include, but are not limited to, IT and Security policy lifecycle management, HIPAA Security assessments, NIST CSF assessments, exception management, IT audit support, issue and risk follow-up, and IT Security risk management overall.
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; or equivalent experience (8 years).
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
- Minimum: One of the following: Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager, Certified Information Systems Security Professional Minimum: (CISSP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).
Technical Requirements:
- Minimum: Working knowledge or HIPAA, NIST, Meaningful Use and Payment Card Industry (PCI).
Years of Related Work Experience:
- Minimum: 2 years of Senior or Lead role in IT Audit, Risk Management or Security experience.
