- 参与核心系统架构设计工作，在资深架构师指导下，对系统进行优化与执行，助力打造稳定、高效且具备一定扩展性的系统，为业务平稳运行提供支撑。
- 协助完成关键技术选型，积极参与服务端架构优化过程，提升系统可维护性，提升系统运行效率，保障系统处于良好运转状态。
- 参与数据库架构设计与优化工作，运用专业知识提升 SQL 查询效率，优化索引以增强数据库性能，满足业务基础数据处理需求。
- 在高并发、高吞吐场景下，协助进行系统优化工作，积极应用微服务架构、缓存、消息队列等技术，实现系统性能的逐步提升。
- 与产品、运营、数据团队保持紧密沟通，协同推动技术与业务融合，为交易、理财等业务提供技术支持，解决业务中的技术问题。
- 遵循安全与合规体系要求，在开发过程中确保所负责模块符合行业规范，保障交易和用户数据安全。
- 计算机、软件工程等相关专业本科及以上学历，拥有 5 年以上后端开发经验，其中 1 - 2 年有架构设计辅助或技术小组管理经验。
- 熟练掌握 Golang/PHP/java 等后端开发语言，具备良好的系统架构意识和较强的编码能力，能独立完成功能模块开发。
- 有大数据、高并发、分布式系统相关项目参与经验，对系统架构设计及优化有一定理解，有互联网或金融行业项目经验者更佳。
- 对数据库设计和优化有较深入了解，熟练掌握 SQL 调优、索引优化，有一定业务数据建模经验。
- 熟悉 Nginx、Redis、MySQL、Kafka 等常见中间件的基本配置与使用，能够处理简单的调优工作。 了解微服务架构、RPC 框架、容器化部署（Docker/Kubernetes）等技术，有实践经验者优先。
- 具备良好的沟通和协作能力，能够与跨部门团队高效合作，促进技术与业务协同发展。
