The purpose of the Go-to-Market Specialist is to translates for each commercial period the B2B Commercial Plan into a Go-To-Market delivery plan & ensure it is implemented End-to-End, establishes & steers control mechanisms to ensure consistency & quality of campaigns delivery in all channels.

As a Go-to-Market talent:
- Acts as Commercial Period Manager for each commercial period creating a detailed Go-To-market delivery plan & ensures end-2-end implementation
- Steers,- per commercial period (4-6 weeks) & per to-be-launched commercial-project – a ‘virtual’ – launch-team (task force) of marketing & sales experts
- Defines & consolidates all inputs and deliverables in an end-to-end macro-planning/timeline which will be the driving line for all sales channel related operations, actions and communications to guarantee operational excellence & to ensure Go-To-Market in due time
- Provides per project/launch a segmented tasks/timing/needs checklist that is used as a reference document in the distribution launch process
- Guarantees that commercial channel launch process, requirements and timeline are respected
- Provides a weekly reporting about the (operational) status of the projects and after every launch a Post Mortem to the members of the Task Force and management
- Coordinates communication to the channels
- Organizes & coordinates for each commercial period different communication platforms where marketing & sales & communication stakeholders presents their strategy for the commercial period
- Ensures all sales channels are informed in due time on content of upcoming actions within the commercial period, by coordinating briefing to virtual content teams
- Ensure management of transversal topics by managing dedicated meeting with key stakeholders to ensure the go to market strategy and implementation (Soho, B2C, COM, digital, SMA/CMA MKT teams, …
Your Profile:
- University degree in applied economics preferably in marketing
- At least 2 years experience in a (trade)marketing/communication role in a retail environment, preferably in telecom
