About the Role:

You will own the commercial side of multiple digital products — not just marketing, not just launch, but the full GTM system.
We are not looking for a project manager. We are looking for someone who can architect, execute, and scale without needing step-by-step support.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Build and run go-to-market strategy from zero to traction
  • Define and own funnels, activation flows, pricing, conversion paths
  • Align product with real commercial value and test that fast
  • Manage paid, organic, referral, and outbound channels
  • Work directly with the founder to ship, learn, and scale quickly
  • Own your KPIs — and if they miss, you don’t point fingers
What You Must Have:
  • You’ve launched and scaled digital products before — show us
  • You’ve built or managed actual funnels (not slides about funnels)
  • You understand CAC, LTV, churn, activation, velocity
  • You don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do — you set your own targets and exceed them
  • You are allergic to meetings, bloat, and marketing theater
Optional, but Strong Plus:
  • Background in B2B SaaS, talent tech, or strategy platforms
  • Experience building from scratch with limited resources
  • Clear understanding of MENA digital buying behavior
