Key Responsibilities 

  • Go High Level Development 
  • Develop, customize, and optimize GHL workflows, pipelines, and automations to enhance client sales funnels.
  • Integrate GHL seamlessly with tools such as Slack, Zapier, CRMs, and other marketing platforms.
  • Manage API integrations to streamline marketing and sales processes for clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve GHL configuration and integration issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement best practices for lead scoring, campaign tracking, and reporting to maximize client ROI.

Growth Marketing Strategy 

  • Create and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive lead generation, conversion, and retention.
  • Leverage GHL dashboards and analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop high-converting landing pages, email campaigns, and nurture sequences within the GHL platform.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to deliver impactful and on-brand marketing materials.
  • Continuously refine and optimize marketing funnels to ensure peak performance and efficiency.

Client Collaboration 

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and unique requirements.
  • Train clients on GHL tools and features, enabling them to achieve their objectives effectively.
  • Present progress reports, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications 

Technical Skills 

  • Expertise in Go High Level (GHL), including workflow automation, customizations, and API integrations.
  • Familiarity with third-party connectors like Slack and Zapier, as well as CRM integrations.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing funnel development and lead conversion optimization.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development for landing page customization.

Marketing Expertise

  • At least three years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • In-depth understanding of paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, along with SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing campaigns and nurturing sequences.
  • Ability to analyze data using tools like Google Analytics and GHL reporting platforms.

Soft Skills 

  • Strong communication and client management abilities.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience working with SMB clients or localized service providers.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales funnel methodologies.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, growth marketing, or related fields.

This is a work-from-home position in a well-established company. We are a small virtual call center and our entire “pack” works from home and have done so for over a decade.
