Responsibilities
- Design and architect Glovia OM solutions aligned with client business requirements
- Lead the implementation of Glovia OM systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure
- Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation
- Provide technical guidance development teams and junior architects
- Collaborate with stakeholders translate business needs into
- technical specifications
- Troubleshoot complex issues and propose innovative solutions
- Present technical solutions both technical and non-technical
- audiences
- Oversee multiple Glovia OM projects simultaneously
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams ensure project success
- Stay updated on Glovia OM software updates and industry best practices
- Propose and implement process improvements for Glovia OM projects
- Contribute the development of reusable components and templates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 8+ years of experience with Order Management systems (Glovia OM a plus)
- Strong understanding of order management and inventory processes
- Proven track record of successful OM projects
- Advanced knowledge of OM architecture and functionality
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
