Responsibilities
- System Analysis and Optimization:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of Glovia OM processes and workflows
- Identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for Glovia OM
- Create and maintain system documentation and user guides

- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute test plans for Glovia OM functionalities
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration testing
- Identify and resolve issues to ensure system reliability
- Documentation and Training:
- Develop and execute test plans for Glovia OM functionalities

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with Order Management systems (Glovia OM a plus)
- Strong understanding of order management and inventory processes
- · knowledge of OM architecture and functionality
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
