Job Purpose:
- In partnership with Cluster BX Leads, communicate, control and improve the overall Levi’s visual merchandising standards at all consumer touch points at the cluster level. This role provides global direction on store presentation from initial map development to install through hands on training and documents to ensure high standards within key visual touch points; zoning, merchandising, styling, and window set up.
- Correct, improve, and provide constructive feedback to cluster BX Leads & GEOS and store orgs, so standards improve and align with global direction.
- This global position is a global bridge to the Cluster BX team, a partnership to police and monitor the overall VM standards for all channels, to be the authority for VM within the overall cluster and GEOs, provide quick resolution & solutions for BEVM challenges and opportunities.
Job Description
- In close partnership with Cluster BX, Retail and Wholesale partners, the Global BEVM TRAINER supports store openings and key shop set ups, showrooms, and Key City flagship/stores.
- Leads the MAP development with the Cluster BX team, Retail Partners, and Merch Partners, to ensure cluster alignment within global strategies. Delivers monthly cluster/global MAP review process.
- Work closely with Cluster Merch partners to understand product tiering and strategies to drive cluster growth, product productivity and PC9 management.
- Provide guidance and direction on mannequin styling, usage, and placement at the store level during key market visits and trainings.
- Responsible for developing global BX Training/ “University” Toolkit for cluster BX to leverage at the cluster and country level and across all clusters. In partnership with Cluster BX leadership, refine, adapt, and adopt toolkit to address cluster specific challenges and needs. To be instrumental in local level training execution.
- Responsible for managing the GBX Owner’s manual content, development, and execution annually. Works with Global VM & Styling to align on standards, growth opportunities while representing the cluster BX needs.
- Constantly out in the markets and in the field, the trainer provides hands on help and support for markets to keep and police our VM standards.
- Partners with Global BX In Store Comms team to craft seasonal brief and hindsight brief for seasonal story telling.
- Partners with SP&C for new store openings and remodels on VM components BOQ
- Liaise with the Cluster BX Leads to ensure proper trainings are built for Market and store teams, both on products and VM guidelines & tools. Ensure delivery of these trainings, evaluate the progress made, flag and address any additional training need.
- Accountable to provide cluster level seasonal directives and execution recaps to document cluster status.
- Accountable to provide store remodel or new store opening decks.
- Review photo feedback from the markets and provide VM input to better and align our VM standards. Constantly policing the regions to ensure VM standards are followed and implemented correctly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field with at least 1 year of retail experience in any capacity.
- Strong knowledge and insights of the retail environment, trends.
- Interested in fashion, art current center of culture.
