Who we are:

This role resides within Global VA Cross-Functional Core Team as a Mobility Business Partner (BP) within the Corporate Development Model which identifies, investigates, acquires and integrates new businesses in alignment with Accenture’s Growth and Strategy agenda.  In the role of Mobility BP, focus will be on identification and mitigation of Immigration / Tax non-compliance in the Due Diligence (DD) and Duty of Care & Integration during Post-Merger Integration (PMI).  BPs and support team engage New Businesses to guide them through our compliance protocols, polices, processes, tools and systems which enable Accenture’s control mechanisms to ensure compliance to law, employee safety and security as well as a consistent approach to travel and financial management.    

As the VA Mobility Business Partner you will:

• Be a trusted team player and offered growth potential & expansion of business acumen/knowledge and exposure to other wider VA activities.

• Act as an interlock for VA HR, Corporate Development, Employment Law, acquired company stakeholders, leadership, MU Mobility Service Delivery, CAHRL and wider cross functional CSS teams. 

• Drive all VA Mobility requirements across the deal lifecycle until integration through collaboration and partnerships.

• Engage with acquired company leadership as to Accenture protection and control mechanisms, managing discussions to minimize any impact on business operations.

• Resolve and solution any business operations and/or cultural concerns.

• Drive the education strategy.

• Build strong business acumen and awareness of Accenture VA growth plan and strategy, priority areas and current landscape.

• Collaborate with team members for knowledge sharing and data insights gained directly from VA Mobility which translates into overall VA Cross Functional data.

• Design, implement and participate in special projects.

• Be offered growth potential & expansion of business acumen/knowledge and exposure to other wider VA activities.

What you will need:

• Experience of Project Management, ensuring key deliverables within required timeframes

• Experience of Change Management

• Proven experience with stakeholder management, collaboration and operational excellence.

• Ability to deal with ambiguity within the V&A space, challenge the status quo and innovate.

• Creativity and strategic thinking skills

• Demonstrate a mindset that is flexible for understanding different work cultures while being able to offer pragmatic, innovative solutions.

• Experience working with Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Share Point, Teams

• Fluency in verbal and written English language

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Keen to develop knowledge in Ventures & Acquisitions, VA experience preferred.
