Overview
ISS STOXX is growing! We are presently seeking a Treasury Analyst/Associate to join our Global Treasury Team. This role will perform daily cash management activities which includes reconciling and reporting the daily cash balances and assisting in the forecast of future cash needs.
The Treasury team partners closely with Finance leadership across all our regions to maintain appropriate cash positions and fund the Company’s working capital needs; this is a role that will be able to directly impact the recommendations done towards the CFO.

Responsibilities:
Reconcile current day cash position for all bank accounts (North America, Europe and APAC).
Maintain global daily cash position reports and weekly cash summary reports.
Forecast short-term and long-term cash-flows.
Analyze bank fees and identify cost saving opportunities.
Recommend and implement process efficiencies and improvements.
Other special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Training & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related course
Has 3-5 years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance, preferably in a multinational, BPO, or Shared Services company.
Prior experience in Treasury and working knowledge in banking platforms is a plus.
Prior experience in SAP is a plus.
Excellent MS Excel skills.
Good communication skills- fluency in English is essential.
Has good analytical skills; ability to challenge the numbers.
Extremely organized, detail oriented and hard working. A roll up your sleeves attitude.
Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and work under pressure to meet critical deadlines.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Work Location & Schedule:
Amenable working at Makati City on a dayshift schedule (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Manila Time)
Hybrid working arrangement (at least 3 days' work onsite per week)
