Role Summary

Role: Global Supply Manager

Location: Fremont, CA

Summary:

As a Global Supply Manager (GSM) at Pebble, you will play a pivotal role in managing the commercial relationships with key suppliers, ensuring contracts are executed efficiently, costs are optimized, and supply remains uninterrupted. Your impact will resonate across the organization, influencing product quality, cost-effectiveness, and supply chain resilience.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a lead role in managing product cost through building, developing, and optimizing our supply chain. This role offers a platform for professional growth and the chance to shape the future of Pebble’s supplier chain strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure on-time delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency of supplied materials
• Manage supplier contracts, negotiating terms to optimize value and mitigate risks
• Develop and execute supply risk mitigation plans to ensure continuity of supply
• Implement and drive a comprehensive cost reduction strategy across the supply chain
• Proactively identify and escalate key supply and cost risks to management for strategic decision-making

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience as a Global Supply Manager (GSM) working in industries such as automotive manufacturing
• Proven experience in automotive sourcing, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics and supplier relations
• Preferred experience sourcing custom mechanical systems used in automotive or RV’s
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
• Strong analytical abilities to assess supplier performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate risks
• Experience working in a cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with engineering, program management, and manufacturing teams
• Spanish Language Proficiency preferred
