POSITION SUMMARY:
The Global Strategy Interns will support the global strategy work streams including the coordination of key projects in collaboration with enterprise business partners and cross-functional teams. This position provides an excellent opportunity for graduate students with an interest in developing foundational healthcare knowledge, strategic operations, project management, analytical & executional capabilities by working with a team of experts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Advocacy/Policy Research - Conduct desk research for specific geographies, market segments, and organizations to identify, map-out, and help prioritized future opportunities.
- Operations - Coordinate with Vendors and Agencies for select project activities.
- Strategy Activities - Assist the team in analysis, presentations, and workshops.
- Communications – Research and validate sources to help develop content.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Must be enrolled in a graduate program with the ability to conduct 12-20 hours per week in remote work with potential on-site interactions at Indivior’s home office in Richmond, Virginia. Ideally, Indivior seeks interns willing to work in this role over the course of 12-24 months.
Compensation: Positions are paid in a flat hourly rate. Positions do not include benefits.
Desirable Field of Study: Communications, Political Science, Public Relations, Public Administration, Government, Health Policy, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Medical or Pharmacy Sciences, Business, Health Economics, Statistics, Marketing or other applicable program of study which demonstrates ability to advocate in the US Healthcare Environment.
COMPETENCIES/CONDUCT:

- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS, Word, & other MS Office applications
