WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and deliver high-impact strategy projects that address some of Optiver’s most important and ambiguous business challenges.
- Partner closely with the Executive Committee and senior business leaders as a trusted thought partner, providing clear, concrete insights and recommendations.
- Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, ensuring alignment, momentum, and tangible outcomes across the firm.
WHO YOU ARE
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience, for example, at a leading tech firm, a financial institution, a top-tier consulting firm, or a private equity firm.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills; capable of thinking strategically while paying attention to detail.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in performing data-driven analyses.
- Strong sense of ownership and personal responsibility.
