Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist with a proven track record in advertising to support our new global digital advertising program within our marketplace. This person will assist local teams in pitching, pricing, and managing campaigns to ensure the best commercial results for partners and BEES alike. He or she will also liaise with internal data and product teams to run A/B tests, design new modules, and identify trends within the data. A strong candidate will be an organized, communicative, and data-savvy individual familiar with growth marketing and excited to bring a new business to life at BEES.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Campaign Support: Assist local teams in pitching, launching, and optimizing campaigns for partners.
- Data Insights: Work closely with local teams and data specialists to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Product Collaboration: Partner with data and product teams to design, test, evaluate, and enhance advertising modules.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure effective communication and best practice sharing across global and local teams.
- Process Management: Organize and streamline campaign workflows to scale BEES' digital advertising program.
- Tool Optimization: Develop ownership of BEES digital advertising platform, ensuring effective operations and troubleshooting issues with IT and Product as needed.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare regular performance reports and analyses to update relevant stakeholders and support strategy development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising or a related field
- Proficiency in digital advertising tools and platforms, with a keen ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and optimization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage, prioritize, and execute on multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive and creative approach to solving problems and exploring growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Fluent English required, Spanish desired
