The Treasury Systems Senior Analyst role presents an exciting opportunity to enhance Treasury Management Solutions within the cash operations function. This position involves understanding the organization’s financial needs and designing innovative solutions that align with business objectives.

In this role, you will provide critical Treasury Systems support to Global Treasury Centers and end-users, collaborating with leading software vendors like FIS, 360T, and Bloomberg. You'll be instrumental in testing and applying system upgrades, ensuring our systems remain robust and current.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Lead projects by analyzing business needs to implement new functionalities and integrations for finance-managed applications, including Bank Portals and Treasury systems.

• Supervise daily treasury system functionality, ensuring robust connectivity with internal and external financial partners while resolving issues promptly.

• Review, modify, and support treasury applications such as Quantum, 360T, Finastra and SAP IHB; oversee the setup and testing of new Treasury instruments, securing necessary approvals before launch.

• Work closely with the treasury team and software vendors to implement enhancements, prepare process documentation, and conduct user training to ensure smooth operations.

• Analyze and propose technical solutions for new requirements, monitor industry best practices, and provide ongoing consultancy to the treasury user community.

• Maintain and enhance reports in Power BI to provide actionable insights and support informed decision-making.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

A successful candidate must have:

• Degree in Finance, Information Technology, or equivalent

• 3+ years of experience.

• Knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP, and Power BI is crucial for effectively managing and analyzing treasury data and functionalities.

• Treasury systems knowledge is desired (Quantum, Finastra, Bloomberg).

• English Proficiency is required

• A high level of personal commitment to a team environment.

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work in an international, multi-cultural organization.

• Able to deal with uncertainty, stress and changing environment.
