The Program Management Office (PMO) facilitates communication between the midtown Campus teams and manages the flow of information and reporting to Global Real Estate / CAO leadership as well as the Operating Committee and the Board. The team works in a fast-pace business environment, providing organizational, process management, and strategic thinking skills to the project. The position requires poise and organization but also an eye for digital design and marketing.
As a Project and Program Management Associate for the JPMC midtown Manhattan campus, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Construction, Innovation, Intelligent Building, Business Administration and other internal and external partners.
Job responsibilities:
- Design regular marketing presentations and collateral for the midtown Manhattan campus
- Maintain an organized and robust catalogue of design images and files with the ongoing knowledge of where to find these files when needed
- Update and maintain websites and technology platforms related to the project (Pixieset, Vimeo, Venue)
- Report on and update key milestones for the project, and risks and issues as they arise throughout the execution of the program
- Provide support on cross-GRE and firm-wide initiatives
- Create and contribute to documentation of the project programs
- Provide ongoing and ad hoc executive level reporting updates
- Support development of project design, innovations, and construction through research, ad hoc analyses and presentations
- Partner on communications and engagement plan to drive employee engagement and awareness of the 270 Park project and the midtown real estate strategy
- Partner with project leads and stakeholders to develop and implement the communication plans and programs that support and reinforce the midtown location strategy and move coordination including calendars, schedules, presentations, executive messages, business updates.
- Organize team and large group meetings and events from conception to delivery working with the firm-wide groups
- Prepare timely agendas, concise and accurate meeting minutes, and help ensure accountability for follow ups across all constituents of the program through accurate reporting
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to design and produce clear, concise presentations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret complex business requirements
- Enthusiastic, high-energy, and skilled in project management and reporting
- High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and sense of urgency
- Efficient, proactive, and responsive team player
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tracking and reporting
- Proven ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment while managing daily demands
- Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Skilled at identifying and participating in projects to improve and close business/process gaps
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- High proficiency in full MS Office suite of applications a must; familiarity with Adobe Creative suite a plus
- Interest in large scale Real Estate Design and Construction / architecture, Urban Planning. Experience preferred but not required
