Then you may very well be our new ReMed Global Project Manager in Corporate Environmental Strategy Team, based in Bagsvaerd Copenhagen.
The position
Your main responsibility will be to manage and develop already launched ReMed take-back initiatives in UK, France, Brazil, Japan, Italy and Germany in close collaboration with our sales affiliates. You will be part of a team, which will analyse, understand patients motivations and other important aspect to drive up return rates and cost down in existing ReMed markets.

  • Use your strong project management skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in Novo Nordisk.
  • Be part of the ReMed global team, where you will ensure that take-back systems and learnings are shared across affiliates in order to pursue the highest possible effectiveness and efficiency.
  • You will be monitoring already launched take-back initiatives and strive to optimize our approach by benchmarking and aligning across sales affiliates.
  • You will also act as program support with ad hoc tasks.


You will work closely with colleagues in our Corporate Environmental Strategy department, co-ordinate interactions with the ReMed team, and you will have multiple touchpoints and stakeholders in the affiliates.
Qualifications
To succeed in the role:

  • You have relevant experience in environmental management, preferably from an environmental team.
  • You are a dedicated project manager with strong collaboration skills and are able to deliver high quality results in a complex business environment.
  • You will have Stakeholder Management experience within a matrix organisation
  • You hold a master's degree in Environmental management, Science, Engineering or another relevant field, and have strong insights to environmental improvement trends.
  • You have great English language skills, verbally as well as written.
  • Experience in sustainability communication would be an advantage


As a person, you have a naturally high engagement and a willingness to make a difference which you use to create impact around you. Using your collaboration skills, you can work cross-functional to understand the business needs and find the right solution. Lastly, you are passionate about driving the environmental agenda by yourself as well as through collaboration.
About the Department

Corporate Environmental Strategy is a diverse team responsible for 'Circular for Zero', where we strive for zero environmental impact. Our responsibility includes a variety of environmental initiatives across the organisation and with external stakeholders. We develop and deploy environmental strategies, run cross- organisational projects and drive environmental intelligence leading to a reduced Novo Nordisk environmental footprint. The department consist of 25 dedicated project managers and specialists, all highly engaged in driving the environmental strategy of Novo Nordisk.
