The Position
As a Global Project Lead at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible and accountable for the Obesity Projects around LOE center of excellence and GEAR UP platform. You will be the global point of contact for the full global value chain and affiliates to share the best practices and guidance (in collaboration with the brand teams) on LoE across the full Novo Nordisk CSCA portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be:

  • Plan for long term LOE ( Loss of exclusivity) strategies and guidance.
  • Lead engagement activities, such as affiliates sounding board, workshops, drive and track customer utilization.
  • Global Markets guidance: Develop, evolve, and ensure efficiency of the content on and GEAR-UP intranet website.
  • Collaborate with a wide cross functional team including with the GMAX+, Obesity brands, projects, regulatory, legal, technology teams.
  • Develop and execute a communication plan, including newsletters, virtual presentations with large number of countries, and updates.
  • Ensure timely tracking and reporting on competition.
  • Focus on Liraglutide and Semaglutide within the GEAR-UP platform and project/brand teams.
  • Provide input to and participate in the execution of the product strategy creation.
  • Deliver internal and/or external trainings and presentations to CPT, GPT.


Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • University master's degree in appropriate field such as business, marketing or economics.
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial departments of the healthcare industry or consultancy.
  • The ability to understand and interpret data and translate findings into impactful communication.
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management, project management skills.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies. Lean thinking and principles in product management.
  • Knowledge of the global regulatory landscape and healthcare systems.
  • As communication, presentation, training are a core part of this role, a very good fluency in written and spoken English.


About the department
The Commercial Global Business Services (GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas including Insights, Market Access, Marketing and Commercial Operations. In Obesity Therapy Area, we are focused on changing the way obesity is viewed and treated today, as well as increasing number of people who receive innovative treatments and quality care. In addition to driving innovative market development and communication efforts, the Commercial Global Business services (GBS) unit is responsible for the global commercialization and optimization of in-market brands and pipeline.
