You will operate at the intersection of controls, process, and execution—coordinating across WKO teams and regional/global partners to ensure transparent tracking, timely escalation, and consistent delivery against SLAs. You will lead structured root cause analysis for emerging issues, translate policy expectations into practical process/control improvements with GFCC and Policy/Procedures, and help modernize the operating model through smarter, more automated ways of working.

    • You will own the remediation BOW by defining scope and impact, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and driving delivery in line with SLAs.

    • You will coordinate across regional and global teams to ensure consistent execution, clear governance, and early escalation of risks and blockers.

  • Issue Management, Root Cause & Continuous Improvement

    1. You will lead investigations of emerging issues, perform structured root cause analysis, and partner with WKO teams to define and execute resolution plans.

    2. You will partner with GFCC, Policy, and Procedures to identify gaps, clarify requirements, and translate policy into actionable process and control improvements.

    3. You will build and enhance tools that automate controls and streamline processes, taking ideas from concept through implementation with stakeholders.
