For our Paris office, we are looking for a Global PR & Media Intern (m/f/x) for a six-month internship starting at the end of February or beginning of March 2026.
Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Global PR & Media team, you will support the day-to-day execution of the department, including press requests, seeding campaigns, special projects, collaborations and events.
Handling logistical tasks such as managing courier requests, postal shipments and DHL deliveries
Supporting the management of press requests, both internally and in coordination with our press office: magazine shoppings and editorials, special projects, artist sponsorships
Organizing and maintaining the sample stock, ensuring proper upkeep, and coordinating shipments and returns
Assisting with the management of seeding campaigns: creating product listings, handling logistics, producing accompanying gifting materials, packing and shipping
Maintaining and updating the internal global PR database; supporting the creation of mailing lists and guest lists
Daily monitoring and tracking of press and influencer coverage using dedicated tools
Supporting the setup and rollout of special projects such as collaborations and events
Conducting ongoing monitoring of press, media and influencer landscapes
Participating in a cross-functional, longer-term project aimed at implementing tracking and analysis systems for press coverage and gifting campaigns, alongside day-to-day operational tasks
The role is operational and hands-on, requiring involvement in the practical and logistical aspects of PR activities alongside the team.
It calls for organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in fashion, media and the creative industries, combined with a proactive, down-to-earth mindset and the ability to efficiently handle day-to-day operational tasks.
Your Profile
Student in marketing, communication, business school, fashion school or a related field.
Pro-active, strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Comfortable working with Excel and creating presentations in Keynote.
Strong interest in creative industries (art, music, fashion).
Detail-oriented, structured, able to manage multiple tasks
Strong written communication skills.
A first hands-on experience (internship or academic project) related to retail sales, wholesale, or marketing is a plus.
Fluency in English
