As a Global PL Commercial Operations Representative, you will be responsible for preparing proposals/bids, contract negotiations, and developing a sales plan for a specific region.

As a Global PL Commercial Operations Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing proposals, negotiating with customers, and ensuring deals deliver shareholder value
  • Driving competitive pricing. This may include compiling and submitting required tender documentation.
  • Handling products and systems requiring technical knowledge. Some customization within guidelines can be done.
  • Contributing to frameworks for prices and conditions.
  • Handling diverse clients in a region.
  • Cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales.
  • Leading a department with large estimated orders.
  • Handling local focus on Medium size territory

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor's degree in related field, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in proposals & tendering environment (preparing tenders)
  • Have good surface wellhead product knowledge
  • Be able to manage complex tenders against deadlines to deliver winning offers on time, with high quality and completeness
  • Be able to produce complex financial models using Company Excel formats
  • Be able to maintain data in Company CRM system (Salesforce) on a timely basis
  • Be able to follow Workflow processes diligently
  • Have a high degree of data accuracy to drive successful S&OP outcomes
  • Be a team player to help others meet challenging deadlines
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams, as well as the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
