We’re looking for a Global People Operations Specialist to join our People & Culture team and support day-to-day People Operations across out global organization. You’ll work closely with the People Operations Manager, People Business Partners, managers, IT, Finance, and external providers to ensure employees receive timely and accurate support. You’ll also help keep our HR systems, data, documentation, and processes running smoothly while supporting our teams.

RequirementsResponsibilities:
- Manage and support global employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee changes, transfers, promotions, leaves, and offboarding.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, contracts, employee records, and statutory leave documentation.
- Support day-to-day global HiBob/HRIS administration, data accuracy, reporting, and workflows.
- Provide accurate employee data for payroll and benefits processes and help resolve discrepancies in collaboration with relevant teams and providers.
- Serve as a point of contact for global employees and managers regarding People Operations questions and processes.
- Support People & Culture activities and general office needs at our Poland site.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, compliant, and audit-ready employee records.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, improve, and automate global People Operations processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, HR Operations, HRIS administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through.
- Comfortable working with HR systems, spreadsheets, and employee data.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HiBob or a similar HRIS, such as Workday.
- Experience supporting employees and People Operations processes across multiple countries or entities.
- Experience supporting payroll and benefits processes.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with HR reporting, process improvement, or automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Compensation: 9,042 – 9,667 PLN per month. Exact compensation may vary depending on skills, experience, and location within Poland.
