Job Summary

The Global Payroll Financial Analyst supports the accurate, timely, and compliant administration of domestic and international payroll operations while contributing to payroll accounting activities, reconciliations, reporting, controls, and financial data integrity.

This role assists with payroll processing support, payroll accounting activities, account reconciliations, reporting, compliance reviews, and audit preparation.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Operations

  • Support domestic and international payroll activities.
  • Validate payroll inputs and employee transactions.
  • Research payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
  • Support payroll audits and payroll provider coordination.

Payroll Accounting Support

  • Assist with payroll journal entries and accrual support.
  • Perform payroll-related account reconciliations.
  • Validate payroll liabilities and funding activity.
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare recurring payroll reports.
  • Research payroll variances and trends.
  • Support financial reporting requests.

Compliance & Controls

  • Assist with payroll compliance activities.
  • Support payroll tax reporting and year-end processes.
  • Maintain payroll documentation and controls.

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years payroll, accounting, or finance experience.
  • Experience with reconciliations and reporting.
  • Strong Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPP or FPC preferred.
  • Exposure to payroll accounting and global payroll operations.

Skills Required

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of payroll, accounting, or finance experience
  • Experience with reconciliations and reporting
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPP or FPC certification
