Purpose of the role
The Global Payroll Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery of payroll services across multiple countries and regions within the IAG Group. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with local regulations and policies, and providing accurate and timely payroll reports and analysis.Responsibilities
Accountabilities:
· Assist with the preparation and processing of monthly and annual payroll cycles for various countries and regions, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with payroll legislation and tax requirements.
· Perform payroll reconciliations, audits, and validations, and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
· Prepare and submit payroll reports and filings to internal and external parties, such as finance, HR, tax authorities, and social security agencies.
· Support the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems, processes, and controls, and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
· Provide payroll-related advice and guidance to employees and managers, and respond to queries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
· Keep up-to-date DTPs and payroll best practices, trends, and regulations, and participate in payroll-related projects and initiatives.

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
· Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a global or multi-country environment.
· Strong knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and legislation, and ability to apply them in different contexts and scenarios.

· Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and ability to use various payroll software and tools including SAP.
· Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, and ability to work with diverse stakeholders and teams.
· Flexible, adaptable, and proactive, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Fluent in English, and preferably in another language relevant to the region.
