Jeppesen, A Boeing Company is looking for a Global Partnership Program Manager within Project Management Center of Excellence based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

About the Position:

The Implementation department is responsible for the configuration and delivery of our Crew and Network Operations products to airline customers and to make sure that we deliver solutions that our customers truly need. We are now expanding the delivery capacity in Sweden and is looking for a Global Partnership Program Manager to support this growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and drive the global strategy for Professional Services, working with a diverse team and influential partners to create impactful solutions and achieve significant business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a global business partnership strategy for Professional Services. 

  • Building Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with current and future sourcing partners, SMP and stakeholders. 

  • Identifying Opportunities: Identify potential partners globally, that can provide strategic value to Professional Services. 

  • Negotiating Agreements: Lead negotiations to create mutually beneficial sourcing agreements with shared risks. 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, sales, portfolio, software development and support to ensure partnerships are effectively leveraged across departments. 

  • Monitoring Performance: Track and analyze the performance of partnerships to ensure they meet the desired outcomes (e.g., quality, efficiency) and partner with Regional Leaders to make adjustments as necessary. 

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to Senior Management and Regional Leaders on the status and impact of partnerships. 

  • Administrative Management: Execute and oversee the administrative tasks related to sourcing and onboarding of contractors, including documentation, compliance, time reporting audits, and coordination with relevant departments (e.g., Finance) to ensure smooth operations. 

 
The position will be based in Gothenburg. The candidates might need to be able to travel to our partners and customers from time to time as part of the job.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in driving complex Projects and/or Programs.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent strategic planning and data analytical abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing teams.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Experience/Education/Skills):

  • Experience in a senior partnership and/or business development role.

  • Experience working with internal geographically disperse teams and external global clients.

  • Business Operations experience.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite 2-3 days a week. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Relocation:
This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
