Global Partner Marketing Manager

As a Global Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies with our ecosystem of partners including industry associations, technology partners, consulting firms and media organizations. You will define global strategy while working closely with regional marketing to localize and execute partner initiatives in-market, ensuring consistent alignment and impact worldwide.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proven expertise in partner marketing, alliance building and co-marketing campaigns within the software and technology industry who thrives in a global, matrixed environment.
This position reports to the Global VP, Regional Marketing.
It’s a 100% remote working position,
You have at least 8 to 10 years’ experience in managing marketing activities in IT/software companies, strong leadership skills and are ultra-dynamic and creative. You are eager to work with some of the most well-known brands in the world and curious about how new technologies can support their challenges.

Strategy & Execution
  • Define and drive the global partner marketing strategy focused on lead generation and pipeline growth, in alignment with company goals and the Alliance team.
  • Develop scalable co-marketing programs with industry associations, technology partners and media to generate qualified leads and accelerate demand.
  • Create frameworks and toolkits to help regional teams activate partner-led campaigns locally.
• Regional Collaboration
  • Work with regional marketing to ensure consistent execution and optimization of partner campaigns across all markets.
  • Promote best practice sharing and visibility to maximize lead generation efficiency.
  • Support regional strategies thanks to global programs while keeping alignment on demand goals.
• Partner Management
  • Serve as the global liaison for strategic partners, ensuring all initiatives are driving measurable lead and pipeline results.
  • Build and evolve co-marketing frameworks that empower regional teams to develop partner-led campaigns effectively.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities with strong lead-generation potential.
• Campaigns & Reporting
  • Lead joint demand generation campaigns, events and thought leadership programs with partners to deliver qualified leads.
  • Consolidate reporting from regional teams to track partner-sourced and influenced pipeline.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve partner-driven lead generation performance.

Requirements:
 
  • 8 to 10 years’ experience in B2B marketing; IT/software environment is a plus
  • Business school degree or equivalent in Marketing
  • Strong understanding of marketing for high added value software in complex sales cycles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Autonomous and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fun and strong team spirit
  • Languages: English (native or fluent); a second language is preferred (French, Italian, German)
