To continue our successful growth, we are looking for an highly experienced In-house Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive global online recruitment and hiring experience to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of global online recruitment along with successfully managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective global recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, creating offers, and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job specifications
- Utilize headhunting as well as various online sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Oversee the offer process, including salary negotiations and background checks
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Minimum of 3-4 years experience as a remote recruiter doing global online recruitment and hiring
- Extensive experience with remote hiring processes and virtual interviewing techniques for digital marketing, sales, project management, and customer success roles
- Proven track record of global online talent acquisition filling diverse roles from executive level to entry level
- Strong knowledge of global recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed, regional job boards, as well as applicant tracking systems such as Workable
- Must be highly tech savvy with experience in recruitment process streamlining and improvement through utilizing AI
- Must have experience and expertise in large volume recruitment and hiring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
The Pay:
- Competitive base rate of $5,000 to $8,000 per month (dependant on experience and track-record)
