Are you experienced in corporate immigration, and wanting to be driving the future of the industry, as part of a fast growing, AI technology driven Immigration company?

We are a diverse and growing team of 50 people, currently delivering in-house immigration across Europe. We would be looking for you to head up our Estonian Immigration practice, enjoying responsibility for ensuring Jobbatical’s success in the market, where you will be driving best in class client satisfaction, and ultimate future team growth.

You need to be willing and ready to work remotely from home office or co-working space.

Our team is on a mission to make moving to a new country as easy as booking a flight. The best way to do that is by making the hardest part of relocating to another country – immigration – ridiculously easy. 

We help clients like N26, Pipedrive, and Travelperk to relocate people to 30+ countries and are backed by some of the best investors in the world including Union Square Ventures, Inventure, Karma VC, Swiss Post Ventures, et al.

• Assist and manage relocation cases, including designing relocation process, preparing immigration related documentation, attending in-person immigration appointments, communicating with clients, talents, Embassies and Government institutions    

• Provide relocation related consultations for clients and talents

• Build and maintain relocation processes, workflows and guidelines

• Assist and manage  immigration and relocation-related projects 

• Manage the settle-in services (including partnerships and contractors)

To be successful on the role you need to:

• know how to prioritise & focus 

• have a natural ability to connect with foreign talent and empathize with their struggles

• have demonstrated success in EU and non-EU immigration to Estonia

• have knowledge of the settle-in process

• be tech savvy

• have project management skills like independence in running your work, are keen to take initiative, are good with strict timelines, and have strong attention to detail

• are an Estonian speaker, but are also a fluent communicator in English
