Key Responsibilities
- Execute program strategies for new markets, program launches, and/or partnerships
- Implement marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels including social media, events, email, and content marketing
- Create and manage program webpages, event pages, social media content, scheduling, posting, and community engagement across multiple platforms
- Design, build, and deploy campaigns including segmentation, automation setup, and performance tracking
- Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Create marketing assets and collateral across formats—social graphics, email templates, web content, and print materials
- Track campaign performance, compile reports, and maintain marketing dashboards and KPI tracking
- Manage marketing operations including asset organization, workflow coordination, and process documentation
- Support market research and competitive analysis as needed
- Maintain marketing technology stack and ensure smooth operation of marketing tools and platforms
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing roles, ideally within startups, venture capital, or creative agencies
- Proven track record executing social media and email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, community management, performance tracking, and compliance
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills, with excellent communication in English
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision, timeliness, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with marketing data and analytics to inform decisions and measure impact
- Familiarity with the venture capital and startup ecosystem
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams
- Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Canva, Figma, Airtable, Notion, Google Suite, Zapier, and CMS platforms like Strapi or Builder
- Exposure to event marketing and coordination, including webinars, trade shows, conferences, and the use of platforms like Splash
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments and can execute independently
