You will collaborate closely with the Oils & Fats Marketing teams, regional stakeholders, and a broader MarCom community that includes fellow Planetary Health MarCom Managers and a dedicated marketing production team of project managers, content strategists, graphic designers, and activation specialists. Together, you will turn complex ideas into impactful, value‑driven communication that supports growth and customer engagement worldwide.

The role & your impact

In this role, you will own and drive the end‑to‑end Oils & Fats MarCom agenda, from strategic positioning to execution of insight‑driven campaigns.

Your key impact includes:

  • Develop and execute integrated MarCom plans that accelerate the funnel and support new account engagement
  • Translate industry and business strategy into clear, compelling positioning and messaging
  • Partner closely with Global Marketing, Regional Marketing, and the wider MarCom community to turn strategy into action
  • Ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery of campaigns, content, and communication assets across channels and regions

Your success will be measured by the business impact of the overall MarCom plan, delivered in close collaboration with key global stakeholders.

What you’ll need to be successful

To thrive in this role, you bring a strong mix of strategic thinking, hands‑on execution, and stakeholder collaboration:

  • Bachelor or above degree in communication, marketing, or business
  • 5+ years of experience managing marketing and communications agendas in complex, global B2B organizations
  • Proven experience in multi‑channel marketing, supporting lead generation, sales enablement, and opportunity maturation with measurable impact
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts and value propositions into impactful messaging and sales collateral
  • Hands‑on experience working with creatives on campaigns, toolkits, and marketing collateral, while owning final deliverables
  • Experience leading major projects by aligning diverse global stakeholders through influence and strong networks
  • Ability to elevate positioning based on competitive dynamics and deliver crisp storytelling for technical and commercial audiences
  • Experience from the Oils & Fats industry or similar is a requirement, along with curiosity and motivation to explore biosolutions and their markets
