As the Global Manufacturing Finance Manager for Advanced Flex Technologies (AFT), you will provide both strategic and execution-focused financial leadership to the Global Business Finance Leader, with significant focus on cost management, productivity, and accuracy of COGS/COR forecasting.

You will be an integral member of the AFT team, providing financial guidance to meet business objectives and deliver timely, accurate, and insightful analysis of business performance:

  • Supports financial aspects of the annual PO Plan, Strategy Review, and Execution Review processes in partnership with the Global Business Finance Leader.

  • Manage monthly forecasting and reporting processes, ensuring high-quality output and strong business alignment.

  • Ensure integrity of financial results and adherence to corporate financial policies, including SOX compliance.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA is a plus)
  • CPA or local equivalent preferred
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting standards
  • Experience working with large ERP systems within a multinational organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective team player with the ability to collaborate across international teams and interact at all levels of the organization
